"We have had a very great experience with this agency since we switched to it from another carrier earlier this year. I had to contact them recently to resolve a problem with the county tax assessor. Everyone I spoke with was attentive and efficient in troubleshooting the situation and quickly taking all of the necessary actions to resolve it! "I worked with Chase Stevens, to register my first ever StateFarm account to set up my renters insurance policy. The rate I received from the online quote system was great and Chase managed to tie everything I needed and more together. I appreciate his patience with all my questions, and he did a phenomenal job making everything make sense! He was persistent in his follow-up, and extended his availability long after his “hours of operation” to ensure I had every box of mines checked off! I appreciate the diligence of his efforts, his transparency, and most importantly his communication and interpersonal skills! "My husband and I were previously with another company paying outrageous amounts of money each month for coverage. Upon reaching out to State Farm, I was assigned with Chase. I am slower to catch on to certain things like this (because it isn't my field of study) and as annoying as I was, Chase was still there breaking everything down for me. Not once did he make it seem like I was a problem. This is very important when making decisions (great customer service). He found the best rate for us. We currently have auto and renters. Another option we haven't added is Life Insurance (they offer this but we haven't decided what to do yet). I highly recommend this office for coverage!"

"I’m glad I stumbled across State Farm. I’m a 21 year old college student that needed to find car insurance last minute. I’m currently paying over $100 less than I was with Progressive which was almost $400 and in this economy is NOT realistic as a full time student working a part time minimum wage job. "I was previously with progressive after some issue with traffic tickets preventing me from getting good rates. When I came up for renewal Chris made it seamlessly easy to get my car insurance at a lower rate as well as a different payment structure that more easily fit me. He was even able to add renters insurance for me and the bundled cost was still significantly less than my previous car insurance alone. Very happy with the service and would recommend anyone to work with Chris and Dave"
